The Buyer’s payment will not be released to the Seller until the Buyer has accepted the vehicle, eliminating the concern for non-shipment or delivery.
Simply press “Cancel Your Transaction” button found on the right corner of the Home page, enter your transaction ID and press “Request a cancellation” button.
Please verify with the financing institution whether payment can be made to a third party such as Express Shipping before beginning the transaction.
If the vehicle is in our shipping yard, we will use our own company to ship the vehicle. We will provide a tracking number and the Buyer/Seller can verify the delivery progress in real time.
Amazon recommends using a trackable method of vehicle shipping. Once the Buyer’s payment has been secured, the Seller is prompted to ship the motor vehicle.
