Q: What if the Seller does not have the vehicle in Express Shipping Solutions's possession and the Buyer does not receive the vehicle?


A: The Buyer's payment will not be released to the Seller until the Buyer has accepted the vehicle, eliminating the concern for non-shipment or delivery.


Q: The vehicle does not meet my expectations. Why should I do?


A: Simply press "Cancel Your Transaction" button found on the right corner of the Home page, enter your transaction ID and press "Request a cancellation" button.


Q: What if I want to purchase the vehicle using financing?


A: Please verify with the financing institution whether payment can be made to a third party such as Express Shipping Solutions before beginning the transaction.


Q: Who handles the shipping of the vehicle if the vehicle is in Express Shipping Solutions's storage facility?


A: If the vehicle is in our shipping yard, we will use our own company to ship the vehicle. We will provide a tracking number and the Buyer/Seller can verify the delivery progress in real time.


Q: Who handles the shipping if the vehicle is not in Express Shipping Solutions possession?


A: Express Shipping Solutions recommends using a trackable method of vehicle shipping. Once the Buyer's payment has been secured, the Seller is prompted to ship the motor vehicle.
